Disney Star Skai Jackson Shares Her Best Anxiety Coping Skills

Skai Jackson, best known for her role on the Disney Channel series "Jessie," is competing in season 29 of "Dancing With the Stars." In an interview with People, the 18-year-old actress said she started experiencing anxiety as a teenager. She shared how participating in "DWTS" has affected her mental health.

During my teen years I just really started to get anxiety. ... The last few years I’ve dealt with it and not knowing how to get through it. It’s been really hard for me. Doing 'Dancing with the Stars' really challenges that.
