
Big Sean Highlighted an Aspect of Anxiety We Don't Talk About Enough
In an interview with People, Big Sean shared that creating his new album "Detroit 2" helped him learn new things about his mental health. Namely, he highlighted that when you experience constant anxiety, it can turn into depression.

I go over scenarios and I go over two or three things at the same time, and that creates an overwhelming feeling and a lot of anxiety, which leads to depression.
